If you are interested in applying for grant funding from the Carl Haglund Foundation, please provide all the information requested below. Please submit this information via email on a separate Word or PDF document. Be sure to complete all sections of the application. Proposals must be less than three pages. A staff member will respond to your proposal within 30 days of submission.

In a page or less, please describe the documentary you would like to produce. Please be as specific as possible. Be sure to include the following information: The title of your project, the purpose/goal of your project, the location in which you will be filming your project, how long will the final product be (5 min, 15 min, 1 hour), and describe the style of the project (in person interviews, location filming, documents, undercover expose, etc.)

Please include a proposed budget for your documentary. Please do not include significant capital purchases as the Carl Haglund Foundation does not provide funding for equipment. The Carl Hanglund Foundation does consider partial funding of projects. If you have other grant funding or in-kind contributions/support from other non-profits, include that in your budget.

Conclude your grant application with a summary of how you think your project will positively impact the homelessness or opioid crises. How would you measure success? Will you present any innovative ideas or solutions?
